Refund policy
It is important that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not in love with the item you ordered, we offer returns and exchange services for the wigs. Please do not cut the lace. Before shipping back, please email us first for the shipping address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. We have all the right to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and the lace must be in original condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@premiumstyle.me. When contacting us the following must include a picture of the wig and lace in high resolution. Please note that returns will need to be sent once approve to the address
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a three-day grace period, after the grace period we will not accept any claims.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as damaged lace, damaged wigs, colored wigs, bleached wigs, or process wigs of any kind), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to take a picture of the return shipping receipt and email us the picture, therefore, we can start the exchange process as soon as possible. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We can offer exchanges for items that have not been worn or tampered with. After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item.
For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Please don't bother to send the bag, you can pack the wig directly with the express bag. The returned product should be shipped only by FedEx. Customers who don’t follow the return instruction will be responsible for the extra shipping fee caused.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please be advised a picture of the condition of the wig must be sent before any return can be processed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- A refund will be processed within 48 hours once your returned package is received and inspected.
